Feng Shui Pets:Xuanwu-The First Type of Spiritual Pet

The first type of spiritual pet is a turtle. These are descendants of Xuanwu, and they’re kept primarily to accumulate blessings and good fortune. But there’s a catch: only Chinese grass turtles qualify. Other breeds, like Brazilian turtles, alligator snapping turtles, or yellow – margined box turtles, just don’t make the cut.

Now, there are two approaches to keeping these turtles:
First, you can opt for a turtle that’s over a hundred years old. These ancient creatures are already brimming with fortune and blessings. By keeping them, you can tap into their energy for home protection and wealth – attracting, and the results can be quite impressive. The only thing is, they won’t shield you from disasters or evil energies.

The second approach is a bit more hands – on. You start with a newborn turtle that seems to have a special bond with you. To test this bond, hold the turtle in your hand and gaze at it intently. If it turns its head to meet your gaze, staying calm and not scurrying away, then you’ve found your match. From there, it’s all about care and connection. Hold its head gently in the morning and evening, talk to it, and breathe on it to help spark its intelligence. If, after two years, the turtle recognizes you, follows you around, and shows affection, its spiritual intelligence has fully blossomed. It becomes a cherished member of your household. While it may not be as potent in wealth – attracting as a century – old turtle, it’s incredibly effective at safeguarding your home and bringing prosperity to your family life. In fact, it can lead to a peaceful home and a growing family!

If your home is plagued by unrest, your family line isn’t flourishing, or you’re constantly on edge when you step out, this might be worth a shot.
Just remember, it won’t ward off evil spirits or drive away negative energies.
